Thank you for baking with Werther's® Original® Soft or Chewy caramels.  We’re sorry you aren’t happy with your purchase.

The Werther’s Original Bakes Great or Your Money Back offer only applies to the purchase of any one (1) Werther’s® Original® Chewy Caramels (10.8 oz.) or one (1) Werther’s® Original® Soft Caramels (10.8 oz.) or one (1) Werther’s® Original® Chewy Caramels (37.0 oz.) (“Participating Products”) up to a maximum refund price of $11.99, excluding sales tax.  All purchases must be made between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023 (“Qualifying Purchase”) as shown on the original purchase receipt in order to qualify for a refund.

 

To receive a refund:

  1. Download and print the following form: REFUND FORM
  2. Complete this original refund form - no reproductions accepted.
  • Your contact information including correct mailing address
  • No PO Boxes
  1. Remove the original UPC bar code from the package of a Participating Product and attach to the front of this refund form – no reproductions of UPC bar code accepted.
  2. Include your original cash register receipt. Receipt must clearly show: store name, store address, purchase of Participating Product (circled) and purchase date between January 1, 2023 and December 31, 2023. No reproductions of cash register receipt accepted.
  3. Mail all items together in an envelope with appropriate postage affixed to be postmarked by January 9, 2024 and received by January 16, 2024 to:

Maximum refund amount is $11.99 (excluding sales tax). Only original UPC bar codes accepted, no copies. Refund available by mail-in redemption using refund form only. Refund form is available only online as indicated above. No copies, reproductions or facsimiles will be accepted. Refund forms which are non-compliant will not be honored and will not be returned. Refund checks are void if not cashed within 90 days and cannot be re-issued. Offer valid in the 50 US & DC only on Qualifying Purchase of Participating Product(s). Offer void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law. Misuse or fraud will void this offer and is the sole determination of Storck USA, L.P. (“Sponsor”).

Storck USA, L.P. (“Sponsor”), its promotional agencies and retailers are not responsible for refund forms not received, or lost, illegible, misdirected, postage due or damaged forms or mail. Please allow eight (8) weeks for processing and delivery of refund check. Refund check will be mailed to the name and address you provide in the amount of the purchase price reflected on original cash register receipt up to $11.99 (excluding sales tax).
